CAIP Offboard v2: All-New CAIP Service Requests
A Service Request is a formal way to ask for resources or specific actions from the Connected AI Platform team. The requests below cover the CAIP2 stack: provisioning a CAIP Space, requesting API Keys for CN and creating/managing Langfuse projects.
🧠 Why use a service request? Service requests help us handle standard tasks quickly and consistently. They're ideal for non-urgent, planned needs.
Looking to provision a Managed Kubeflow Workspace, manage users, set up CI Trust or a CDH Connection? Those belong to the Managed Kubeflow stack — see Managed Kubeflow Service Requests.
📋 Onboarding Request
🆕 New CAIP Space
Request the provisioning of a new CAIP Space. Use this if you are starting a new project or need an isolated environment with dedicated resources, permissions, and integration options. A CAIP Space is the fundamental building block for using CAIP services.
📋 Available Requests after Onboarding
🔑 Request API Key (China only)
Request a new API Key for your CAIP Space (China only). For Rest of World (RoW), you can manage API Keys for CAIP Spaces directly within the self-service portal.
Langfuse
🆕 New Langfuse Project
Request the provisioning of a new Langfuse project. Use this if you want to trace, monitor, and evaluate your LLM applications and need a dedicated Langfuse project for your team or use case. See the Langfuse Getting Started guide for details on what happens after your project is created and how to start sending traces.
👥 Manage Langfuse Users and Roles
Manage project-level roles for an existing Langfuse project. Use this request to grant, change, or remove user roles (e.g. Admin, Member, Viewer) within your Langfuse project. See the Langfuse Getting Started guide for a description of the available roles and permissions.
❓ Not Sure Which One to Choose?
If your request doesn't fit one of the options above, or you just have a general question:
📬 General Inquiry / Request
Use this for any non-standard request or open question about the platform. This is the best option if you are unsure which category your request falls under or need general support.
