🚨 Immediate Support (Production Incidents)​
If you’re experiencing an outage, degraded performance, or any critical malfunction within Connected AI Platform, raise a production incident right away via the Incident guide. To speed up resolution, please include your CAIP Space or ORBIT namespace, environment (e.g., dev/prod), region, impacted services (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Storage), and any recent changes and take care you are assignen the correct priority.

Microsoft Teams Community​
Our Community channnel in Microsoft Teams was created to offer direct access to our support teams. In case you need technical support, consulting or want to raise a general question, we will got you covered there. Ask a question in our Microsoft Teams Community

- Expect collaborative answers from the CAIP team and peers.
To join the "Connected AI Platform" team on Microsoft Teams either
- Request access (via link; approval required): Join Connected AI Platform on Microsoft Teams
- Directly join the teams using our access code (no approval needed):
- Open Microsoft Teams
- Go to Teams → Join or create a team
- Select "Join a team with a code"
- Enter the code: rd8w0mp
Walk‑In Session​
Join our Walk‑In session to get quick troubleshooting, design reviews, and hands‑on guidance directly from the Connected AI team. Book a slot to reserve time, and come prepared with your namespace/environment, region, and impacted services so we can dive in and help efficiently.
